六田技术能力-模具制造(战略合作合伙Strategic partnership )

凭借累积十几年从事超精密模具的金属加工技术、经验，定位以坐标磨床(J/G) 为主要项目的超精密加工，从精密度享誉世界的美国Moore、瑞土Hauser、日本东芝，日本牧野，日本0kamoto、 日本Seibu、日本松下、英国泰勒，德国蔡司等公司购入超精密加工及检测设备，以保证模具精密定位及零件精度，加工精度已达到纳米级目标。

CNC\线割火花放电加工能力中心(CNC \ wire cutting \ EDM capability Center )

冠驰、大力、永进及牧野铣床13台，主要负责模架热处理前的钻孔攻牙铣削等开粗以及热处理后的精铣加工；配套日本雅士达两台，东芝一台，主要针对模架模仁的超精密加工:线割组现有西部及庆鸿共5台，主要从事模架及零配件的线割加工。放电组现有5台SDK，主要负责模仁的精密加工。

唐削加工能力中心(Grinding capacity Center)

研磨组共有6台磨床，其中粗磨3台建德及半精磨3台冈本，以及超精密全轴油静压磨床，主要是模架的平面及外形的精度控制。坐标磨组共有6台磨床，其中粗磨3台摩尔及精磨3台豪泽，主要是模架的模仁孔等加工，其中豪泽H2000是目前全球精度更高的。

超精密加工能力中心(U1tra precision machining capability Center )

超精密组共有东芝4 台，其中ULC100F两台，ULC100DS一台，LG100一台，主要从事模仁及衬套的纳米级超精密加工。

超高精密检测能力中心(U1tra high precision testing capability Center )

部门拥有光学、IC模具最精密的检测设备，如德国蔡司三坐标、三丰影像三次元QV、英国泰勒轮廓仪、三丰工具显微镜、激光量测仪、圆度仪以及日本松下UA3P等，对公司内部制程、出货全检，持续改善品质。
